List of results with main characteristics such as name, telephone nr., room information and organisational unit.
Information is displayed by page. Pages can be scrolled (top right «Page x of y») or search results can be viewed in entirety by activating the link «All».

Details page

By clicking on the name of a person you can switch to the corresponding details page.

Download

There is a download button at the top of the list which enables the download of a tab-delimited file.

Since the downloadable list is limited in size the download link will not appear for lists with too many matches.

Sorting

By clicking on the appropriate column header the list can be resorted.

Advanced List

It should be noted that along with more information the advanced list also includes additional links. Select the appropriate tab to switch to this view.
