Ramon Mira de Orduna Heidinger

I am responsible for the ETH MSc course "Technology of Alcoholic Beverages" and also provide wine related lectures within this course. After 20 years as a University Professor in Canada, the USA and Switzerland, I am now responsible for the Oenology Department of the State Viticulture and Oenology Institute in Freiburg im Breisgau (Southern Germany). I am enthusiastic about science and wine science in particular and always interested in scientific exchange and collaborations as well as possible student projects.
