Curriculum Vitae (CV) | 1993 Wolfgang Schett became associate Professor, and 1996 full Professor for Architecture and Design at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technoloy Zurich. Among other things he is responsable for a design course in the second year course. He was born in Basel 1949, studied architecture at the ETH. 1977 he finished his diploma with Dolf Schebli. 1977 - 1987 he worked together with Roger Diener. Since 1987 he leads his own office in Basel. 1987-1989 he was a guest lecturer at the EAUG in Geneva, from 1989 - 1991 at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. 1988 - 1993 he was Vice President of the city image commission in Basel. His main interests in teaching and research are the relationships between the architectural project and the spatia phenomenas in urban subsidiaries. He committed himself to the urbanistic development of the former industrial areas of Baden (ABB) and of Winterthur (Sulzer). |
